This is then added and averaged with the 2500m Relay time (Score #2) of each respective team. The fastest Final Composite Score is the Men's and the Women's Challenge winner.
Additional Rely Rules
• 2-Relay teams per Club are allowed. The best relay time will be used as Score #2
• The fastest Relay Team will receive individual medals.
• The best composite Club score wins their respective Challenge and the erg.
About the Relay
Each competitor will row 500 meters, get off the Erg and pass the handle to the next competitor until all 5 competitors have rowed for a total of 2500 meters. One coach and two assistants are allowed in the competition area to assist. A monitor judge is assigned to each team. It's all in the transition!
