Team Registration Procedures
Team entries
can be any School, Fitness or Club team of 5
or more members and use the Team Entry form.
Each member competes in the appropriate 2K event according to age group,
sex and weight status the same as Individual
entries. Additionally, Teams can compete to win a new Model
D Erg provided they meet the Open
and/or Youth Challenge rules.

Please follow these procedures for registering your competitors.
- Download the excel File to your computer.
- Fill in the Team Name and Contact information
- Fill out an separate excel for Men and a separate excel for Women
- Fill in the requested information for each competitor including birth date & age
- Email the completed Team Roster(s) to: register@ChicagoIndoorRowing.com
- Download the Waiver Form and make copies for each competitor to sign
- Payment is due by the Registration Deadline.
- Waivers are due 1.5 hours before your first event.
- Team Contact must check in at least
1.5 hours before Team’s first event.

The Team Contact is responsible to deliver Signed Waivers
for each competitor 1.5 hours before the first
team event.
Team Cap Fee
School Teams = $600
Open Teams = $800
Cap Explanation
The Cap encourages teams to send as many competitors as possible. Once
your team reaches the Cap Fee ( 24 members for Schools: 23 for Open),
the cost of additional team members is zero.
Open Example:
$35/member. If you have 10 members, the cost is $350; if 23 members, the
cost is $800; if 50 members, the cost is $800.
School Example:
$25/member. If you have 10 members, the cost is $250; if 24 members, the
cost is $600; if 50 members, the cost is $600.
